Pelvic health. For every body.

01 / A person-first approach

Your story.
Your goals.
Your care.

Care begins with understanding the person.

This is the clinical ethos that guides Nidhi’s practice. She takes time to understand each person’s symptoms, experiences, and circumstances, exploring the different factors that may have contributed to their concerns.

What has changed? What feels difficult? What matters most to them? These questions help her shape care around the person and their goals.

02 / Learning that continues

Knowledge with
purpose.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy · India

Nidhi holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India. Her additional training includes pelvic health assessment and treatment for all genders, advanced male pelvic health rehabilitation, pessary fitting, acupuncture, and IMS.

For her, education is an ongoing responsibility. Beyond completing courses, she stays engaged with current research, attends professional conferences, and learns through collaboration with other clinicians. She values questioning familiar approaches, reflecting on new evidence, and using that knowledge thoughtfully in practice.

That commitment helped shape her vision for PELORAA.

03 / Why PELORAA exists

A place to feel
heard.

Nidhi wanted to build a brand people could rely on for their pelvic health—a place where pelvic health is the main focus, with the time, attention, and understanding it deserves. A place where every body feels comfortable, respected, and heard, and where people feel confident recommending care to someone they love.

For Nidhi, “every body” means recognizing that pelvic health concerns can affect people of all genders, ages, and backgrounds, while respecting that each person’s experience is their own. At PELORAA, that belief guides how people are welcomed and cared for: listening without judgment, respecting comfort and choice, and tailoring care to individual needs.

The belief at the heart of her work

Pelvic health is our focus.
Every body belongs.

Listening without judgment. Respecting comfort and choice. Tailoring care to individual needs.

04 / Care, built together

Understand. Participate.
Move forward.

01

Understand your care.

At the heart of her approach, and the care she wants PELORAA to offer, is education. Understanding your symptoms, what may be influencing them, and why a treatment is being recommended is an essential part of care. She wants people to feel comfortable asking questions and actively involved in decisions about their health.

02

A plan that evolves.

Treatment may include hands-on care, breathing strategies, movement and exercise, and practical lifestyle changes, depending on each person’s needs and preferences. Progress is reassessed, and the plan evolves as their needs change.

03

Informed choices.

Nidhi also believes people deserve to understand the range of options available to them. This means discussing relevant treatments, tools, products, and referrals beyond the services offered within the clinic. Her goal is to help people make informed choices and find support that fits their lives.

Looking ahead

A trusted home
for pelvic health.

Her vision for PELORAA is to become a trusted home for pelvic health care: a place that brings together clinical knowledge, thoughtful conversations, and practical support. Through continued learning and collaboration, she hopes to help more people understand their bodies, feel less alone, and move forward with confidence.

Pelvic health. For every body.
